Listings must never include any of the following:

• Sexual services or pornographic content.
• Human trafficking or forced labor.
• Hate speech, or content promoting violence or discrimination.
• Any activity or item prohibited by applicable law.

Listings are automatically screened on submission, and any listing that violates these rules may be rejected without prior notice.

5. Communication Between Users

The chat feature is intended for genuine communication about the listings shown. It may not be used for harassment, spam, or fraud.

6. Account Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or remove any account or listing that violates these terms, without prior notice.

7. Disclaimer

eshtarynow is an intermediary platform connecting buyers and sellers. We are not a party to any transaction between users and are not responsible for the quality of goods or services listed, or the validity of any transaction.
